Janine Canan Gerner-Yumuşak is a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) and the founder of GY Legal. Before founding the firm, she advised on domestic and cross-border transactions in the Corporate/M&A teams of PwC Legal and GSK Stockmann – including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Her practice covers corporate and commercial law, real estate, employment, succession and tax. She advises international companies, investors, entrepreneurs and private clients – always with a view to the commercial objective behind the legal question.
Where further expertise is required, she works with trusted independent specialists – including an experienced German tax adviser and partner lawyers in Turkey – and remains your central point of contact. She advises clients in English, German and Turkish.
