Janine Canan Gerner-Yumuşak advised on domestic and cross-border transactions in the Corporate/M&A teams of PwC Legal and GSK Stockmann. She studied law in Berlin, London and Istanbul and gained further experience at the German Federal Chancellery and in academic work for Prof. Dr. Susanne Baer, former Justice of the German Federal Constitutional Court.
